Tatonka Twilight

I have three buffalo now. THREE. I thought I would wait to leave this review until Fine Art America gets is right, but this has yet to happen. I ordered this metal print in November of 2022. The first one came and was damaged all along the bottom. I requested they reprint, they did. The second one comes and again damage all around the corners. Okay… we’ll try again. Requested them to reprint in January, finally comes over two months later, because they’re behind on printing (I wonder if it’s because they have shipping issues with us other clients??). Third one arrives, it feels heavier than the previous two, but even adding another layer of wrapped foam doesn’t solve the shipping issue I’m having. They never reinforce the corners, leaving it to bend and the box was pierced leaving a huge welt in the print. This has been ridiculous. Slapping a “Fragile” sticker on the box is not going to make the shipping treat the package any better. Reinforce the corners and place foam along the print to ensure it doesn’t bend or get pierced. I will say they have reprinted and tried again and again, but it’s not solving the original issue at all.
